iLiquidDark - Icon Pack

iLiquidDark - Icon Pack is a launcher companion that replaces stock icons with the OS26 LiquidGlass style and adds matching wallpaper tools. It does not force a full theme down your throat. Instead, it works through your launcher’s icon settings, so the effect stays as subtle or as obvious as you want.

Why Icon Coverage Feels Different

Most icon packs throw everything into one grid and leave you to squint. This one splits the set into categories, which makes it easier to find a replacement for a single misbehaving app. I found myself browsing by theme more than I expected, especially after a fresh install when several apps were still showing the old rounded-square look.

Automatic updates bring new icons over time, but the refresh is not always instant. Sometimes I had to reopen the app or manually trigger the update to see the latest additions. That is a minor annoyance, yet it beats hunting for a new icon pack every couple of months.

Wallpaper Tools, Dynamic Calendar, and the Dark Look

With iLiquidDark - Icon Pack, the wallpaper section is more than a gallery. You can upload your own image, align it under the clock, and then apply a dark overlay to keep the screen readable. The built-in dynamic calendar wallpaper mode changes the date block daily without touching launcher settings, which is useful for people who glance at home screen date information.

The app also lets you switch between light and dark theme panels. That does not affect every wallpaper, but it makes the configuration screen easier to use late at night. Pairing the dark theme with a black wallpaper is where the whole setup feels most coherent.

Limitations That Are Easy to Underestimate

iLiquidDark - Icon Pack doesn’t promise total coverage. The launcher icon pack limitations become visible when regional banking apps and one weather widget stay untouched, so a perfectly uniform home screen still requires manual replacements. You also need a launcher that supports icon packs; otherwise, on stock Android or some Samsung/Xiaomi devices, you will be doing the tedious one-by-one change instead of a single apply.

Another limit: the dynamic calendar wallpaper uses a fixed widget area, so if you rearrange your home screen around it, the date block might overlap. I stopped using it after moving my clock to the top corner. For a dark OS26 LiquidGlass style icon pack, those edge cases are worth knowing before you invest time in a full setup.
